All our booking policies

  • New Clients: All appointments include a consultation appointment to ensure it is the right treatment for you! If you are looking for just general information on available treatments, costs, or just have questions, book a consultation appointment and a treatment appointment may be booked at another time. Our full face Consultations include a thorough assessment, a copy of the areas requiring treatment and their associated costs.
  • Multiple Treatments: If you are looking to have multiple treatments the same day such as botox and filler, please phone or text the clinic assistant at 905-246-7208.
  • Late: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will, unfortunately, have to reschedule your appointment in order to be considerate of other clients' appointments. Your deposit will be forfeited
  • Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so using this booking app or call 905-246-7208. If you are booking through our clinic assistant, a $113 ($110+HST) deposit will be required. This can be sent to booking@museclinic.ca. A deposit must be sent within 24 hours of booking, or your appointment will be cancelled. If cancelling before 24 hours, your deposit may be transferred to another appointment up to 3 times.
  • Cancellations: Unfortunately if you have had 3 consecutive cancellations, we will unfortunately be unable to book you. We will recommend another provider or clinic that may be a better fit for you. If you have had 3 consecutive reschedulings, a deposit will be required.
  • Payment Plans: We do offer a third party financing company called Do Finance that can offer you a payment plan if receiving a treatment more than $500. Please visit their website at www.do finance.ca prior to your treatment
  • Loyalty Points: We offer a loyalty program for our clients. For every $100 spent (before taxes), you receive 1 loyalty point. 6 loyalty points can be redeemed for 20 percent off any regular priced serviceLoyalty points can not be redeemed on monthly specials or already discounted services. 
  • Consent Forms: The required consent forms will automatically pop up after you have selected a particular service. Please take the time to read them. They will include Pre and Post treatment instructions as well as the risks involved. We will also have you sign a copy in office at your appointment. Pre and Post Care instructions can also be found on our website at www.museaestheticartistry.com
